  • Who it is for: fabrication workers, fitters and welders who need to cut accurately, plus company teams moving onto CNC plasma equipment.
  • Eligibility: no formal qualification needed. Basic workshop experience is enough.
  • Covers: manual plasma cutting and CNC plasma operation, consumable selection and life, cut quality and dross control, bevel cutting, and safety including fume and arc protection.
  • Certificate: issued on completion.
  • Duration and fees: quoted on request, since both depend on whether you need manual cutting, CNC operation or both, and whether we train one person or a team. Call +91 8169178256 or message us on WhatsApp.
  • At your premises: for company teams we can train on your own machines at your plant, which is usually more useful than training on ours.

Frequently asked questions

What is the plasma cutting course fee in Mumbai?

Quoted on request, because it depends on whether you want manual plasma, CNC plasma or both, and whether it is one trainee or a batch. Call +91 8169178256 and tell us what you need to be able to do.

How long is the course?

Plasma cutting is a short-duration skill compared with welding qualification. We set the length after seeing what you can already do; tell us your availability and we will fit it around your shift.

Do I need welding experience first?

No. Plasma cutting is a separate skill and many people learn it before or alongside welding. Basic workshop familiarity is enough.

Is CNC plasma training included?

It is available as part of the course or on its own. CNC plasma is a different job from hand cutting, involving programming, nesting, kerf compensation and machine setup, so tell us which one your work actually requires.

Can you train our team at our factory?

Yes, and for CNC work it is usually better, because your operators learn on the machine and consumables they will actually use. We travel across Mumbai, Thane, Palghar and the wider Maharashtra industrial belt.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes, on completion. Note that plasma cutting certification is not a classification society qualification like a welder certificate; it is a competency certificate from our centre, which is what employers ask for in this trade.

Why do my cuts have dross on the underside?

Usually travel speed, standoff height or worn consumables. Low-speed dross and high-speed dross look different and have opposite fixes, which is one of the first things the course teaches you to tell apart.
